The extensive menu at Genki Ramen includes a number of traditional and unusual Japanese dishes in addition to a large variety of our namesake dish, ramen. With over twenty varieties of hot and cold ramen, there is something for everyone, including eight different vegetarian-friendly items. Our chefs add variety to the traditional ramen by substituting for the traditional Cashu, house made boiled pork and a tonkatsu broth, and Chicken Karaage, fried chicken and a tonkatsu broth, with garlic ribs and beef curry. Guests who enjoy deep-fried tempura will delight in the section of the menu dedicated solely to deep-fried food, including fried pork chop (tonkatsu,) unagi tempura (eel tempura) and a crispy yam stick. Genki Ramen also offers a number of more familiar house specialties including gyoza and yakisoba as well as more unusual items like ox tongue and pork neck.
